Excuse the lack of posts lately, Knack’s been busy gettin an exhibition ready! -

Defining the essence of Australia’s skateboard culture,
TIC TACO: A photographic exhibition by Justin Barnwell, officially kick-starts a week of skateboard mayhem at Beach Burrito, Bondi Beach, on Wednesday 17th February and will be on display until Sunday 28th February, 2010

Celebrating Bowl-A-Rama (the Southern Hemispheres most premier and publicized skateboard competition) TIC TACO documents five years of gritty passion and tenacity in thirty photographs, as the worlds greatest professional and amateur skateboarders, their devote followers, and some truly colorful crowds, partake in the annual pilgrimage to Sydney’s Bondi Beach in search of the ultimate week of skateboard heaven.

The exhibition will kick start with a night of Mexican mayhem. Limited edition prints will be available to buy on the night with an exhibition opening special incentive.

Not your typical Patagonia

Dig the photography on the latest Patagonia campaign on their site. Not sure who the photographer/photographers are, but he/they deserve props. The sense of adventure and extremities endured to find waves,  really comes across in this documentary esque series. Clean styles I like.

halfa knack and a ladder from juzzy presents : blue

If you’re around this Saturday pop down the Sandpit cafe/bar for some summer fun and check out one half of knack’s photography. Images plucked and placed around the them of liquid and the knarly suburb we call base : bondi.

Kicks off around 5, perfect to get the Saturday started after a day under the sweltering heat. Get there early for free pizza, cheers Quinny! Works will be on display all the way up to Christmas and available in different sizes to pocket.
